I was the store design lead for the project and my responsibilities included: managing / directing the work of several in-house designers (visualization, fixtures, architecture) as well as managing relationships with our external vendors and consultants. Specifically, I was responsible for rezoning the store including BOH, FOH, Footwear Salon and Fitting Room Experiences. I was also responsible for the stair concept and design including digital integration. I collaborated closely with my counterparts in environmental graphic design to ensure coordination, material layering systems and overall consistency.
